At Flicker, we are committed to getting your iconic wax sculptures to you as quickly as possible. We aim for a 1-3 day turnaround for shipping within the UK, so you can enjoy your pieces without delay.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within the UK. However, if you’re interested in international shipping, please reach out to us at hello@flicker.world, and we’d be happy to discuss potential options.
Shipping Fees
We charge a flat fee per candle for shipping, making it easy for you to calculate your total cost at checkout.

At Flicker, we want you to love your iconic wax sculptures. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, simply reach out to us at hello@flicker.world If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to ensure that any issues are resolved swiftly. While we quality check each product, please note that these are hand-poured items, and we may occasionally miss a rare imperfection.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
